- Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. . Lift up to 50 lbs.

- Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions
- Daily upkeep and cleaning of equipment while ginning
- During times of peak need and depending on weather or crop conditions, hours requested may increase to up to 12 hours per day
- Work at night may be requested
- Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath.
