WORKERS WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE DRYERS ON EACH BIN THAT DRIES THE GRAIN. BASIC ENGLISH LITERACY AND MATH SKILLS REQUIRED. JOB DUTIES WILL REQUIRE WORKERS TO BE OUTDOORS FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME WHEN TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE ANYWHERE FROM 90 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT TO FREEZING DEPENDING ON THE WINTER WEATHER. SITTING FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIME AND WALKING FROM GRAIN BIN TO GRAIN BIN. MAINTAINING AND UPKEEP OF GRAIN BAGS (SILO BAGS). BAGS THAT ARE USED IF GRAIN BINS ARE FILLED TO CAPACITY.

- JOB REQUIRES HAVING OR BEING ABLE TO OBTAIN A DRIVER'S LICENSE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE. BASIC ENGLISH LITERACY AND MATH SKILLS REQUIRED. JOB DUTIES WILL REQUIRE WORKERS TO BE OUTDOORS FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME WHEN TEMPERATURES WILL INCLUDE TEMPERATURES ANYWHERE FROM 80 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT TO 32 DEGREES OR LOWER.
- GRAIN BINS: OVERSEEING LOADING AND UNLOADING OF TRUCKS TO AND FROM THE GRAIN BINS. MAINTENANCE OF GRAIN BINS THROUGHOUT THE FALL AND WINTER. THERE IS A TOTAL OF 10 GRAIN BINS. ALL GRAIN BINS WILL BE STORING GRAIN TILL APRIL OF 2027. CLEANING OF GRAIN BINS WHEN GRAIN HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
- MAINTAIN WORKSITE AREA. CLEANING FARM EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES. MOWING & CLIPPING OF GRASS OF FARM, HEADQUARTERS AND TURNROWS. THESE JOBS CAN BE DONE IN BETWEEN TAKING CARE OF GRAIN BINS.
- IRRIGATION DITCHES WILL BE CLEANED OUT AND NEW CULVERTS INSTALLED AS NEEDED TO IMPROVE THE FIELDS FOR THE UPCOMING 2027 PLANTING SEASON. IRRIGATION PUMPS WILL ALSO BE CHECKED, AND REPAIRS BEING MADE AS REQUIRED
