- Education: High School/GED
- Class D Drivers License is required or should be able to obtain one within 30days of hire.
- trucks, and other farm machinery used during harvest
- loading, unloading, and transporting harvested crops
- monitoring and assisting
- with grain handling
- cleaning and maintaining equipment
- performing minor equipment repairs and routine maintenance
- preparing
- equipment for daily operations
- and cleaning work areas, grain bins, and farm facilities. Workers may also perform general farm labor
- as needed to support harvesting operations, including occasional and minimal cattle-related duties when necessary. Work is performed
- outdoors and may require lifting, bending, climbing, and working extended hours during peak harvest periods, depending on weather
