Requirements
- Expérience: Débutant accepté
- Qualification: Employé qualifié
- Compétences: Diplôme d'Etat d'aide-soignant
- Accompagner le patient ou le résident pendant ses repas selon les besoins
- Créer une relation de confiance avec les patients
- Gérer les situations d'urgence et fournir les premiers secours si nécessaire
- Réaliser ou contrôler les soins d'hygiène, de confort et apporter une aide au patient
- Renseigner les soins réalisés dans le dossier médical du patient ou de la personne accompagnée
- Respecter les protocoles de nettoyage et de désinfection
- Adapter et optimiser sa pratique au contexte et aux risques professionnels (gestes, postures, ergonomie)
