About this opportunity
La Résidence médicalisée du Château de la Manderie accueille les personnes atteintes de la maladie d'Alzheimer ou troubles cognitifs apparentés. Vous intervenez dans cet établissement de 60 lits. Votre priorité le soin des résidents (levé - habillage - toilette - repas - animation) Vous êtes sur une amplitude horaire de 10h sur 12h par roulement de 2 semaines (30h puis 40h). Vous travaillez un week-end sur 2.

Requirements
- Expérience: Débutant accepté
- Qualification: Employé qualifié
- Compétences: Diplôme d'Etat d'aide-soignant
- Accompagner et soutenir les patients pour une intervention médicale ou un examen diagnostic
- Informer, conseiller le patient ou la personne accompagnée dans la gestion de son environnement
- Maintenir, favoriser le lien social de la personne
- Respecter des règles, des consignes, normes et procédures opérationnelles
- Respecter les protocoles de nettoyage et de désinfection
- Adapter et optimiser sa pratique au contexte et aux risques professionnels (gestes, postures, ergonomie)
