About this opportunity
Sous la responsabilité de la direction de l'établissement, votre mission principale sera de contribuer au maintien à domicile et à la stabilité de l'état de santé des usagers, par un accompagnement de proximité dans le soutien aux actes de la vie quotidienne en lien avec la santé, tout en favorisant leur autonomie. Activités dans le cadre du poste d'AS au sein du SAMSAH d'Althéa : Accompagnement dans les actes essentiels - Aider à être autonome dans le parcours de soin.
