Les missions du poste En collaboration avec une équipe composée d'une dizaine de professionnels, vous aurez notamment les responsabilités suivantes : * Exécution de mandats : * Analyse stratégique de marchés * Préparation de Teaser, Information Memorandum et Management Presentation * Construction de business plan * Structuration de modèles LBO et de valorisation * Recherche et préparation de liste de contreparties * Gestion des phases de due diligence et notamment l'animation des data room * Participation au développement commercial : * Préparation de pitchbooks * Prise de contact avec des dirigeants d'entreprises Profil recherché Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou d'un 3ème cycle universitaire.
