- Expérience: 1 An(s)
- Qualification: Employé qualifié
- Compétences: Assurer la relation client : suivi commercial, gestion des incidents (échanges, retours, avoirs), relance pour recouvrement
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente pour atteindre les objectifs communs
- Développer et fidéliser la relation client
- Effectuer le suivi des commandes, la facturation
- Gérer les ventes de la commande à la livraison, en s'assurant des délais convenus et de la conformité des conditions contractuelles aux procédures internes
- Mettre à jour, clôturer les dossiers des clients
- Optimiser le parcours client
- Créer, ouvrir les comptes des nouveaux clients (propositions commerciales, devis, commande/contrat, informations nécessaires à la livraison et à la facturation)
