Nous recherchons un(e) Auxiliaire de vie / Assistant(e) de vie aux familles (ADVF) pour accompagner une personne en situation de handicap à son domicile. Vous assurerez l'accompagnement dans les actes essentiels de la vie quotidienne tout en contribuant à son bien-être, au maintien de son autonomie et à son épanouissement au travers d'activités adaptées. Vos missions : - Aide au lever et au coucher. - Réalisation des transferts. - Aide à la toilette, à l'habillage et à l'hygiène quotidienne.
