Votre mission, en tant qu'auxiliaire de vie (ADV), vous êtes un véritable partenaire de vie pour les personnes accompagnées. Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à : Accompagner les personnes en situation de handicap ou âgées dans les actes de la vie quotidienne : lever, coucher, hygiène, mobilité, repas, courses, soutien moral. Adapter votre communication, votre rythme et vos gestes selon les besoins uniques de chaque bénéficiaire, dans le respect de sa dignité et de son intimité.
