About this opportunity
Pick, pack, sort, grade, and carry blueberries to the trailer for loading and unloading. Clean and sanitize picking containers, and perform farm, field, and shed sanitation duties. Load and unload products into trucks. Perform daily agricultural harvesting tasks as needed, such as weeding, sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. Perform seasonal agricultural field preparation such as spraying, plant sorting, reconditioning the soil, replanting, and mulching.

- The drug test and background check will be conducted after hire at the employer's expense. The reason for the drug test is the need to use various tools for ground maintenance and the need for sobriety to ensure the safety of all workers. The crimes that disqualify an applicant are theft, violence, and drug charges.

Transportation for groceries provided by the employer at least once per week. A licensed driver, employee of employer, will use a minivan or full-sized van registered to the employer, seating 7-15 passengers at a time, to bring workers to the worksite and to get their groceries, and return them to the residences. Employee will also have access to off-road vehicles (ATV).
