About this opportunity
Vos missions, si vous les acceptez, seront les suivantes : - Saisir des factures fournisseurs - Comptabiliser les factures après validation (lettrage et pointage de comptes) - Réviser les comptes fournisseurs - Réaliser le suivi de la réciprocité des comptes intra groupe - Etablir un suivi des opérations comptables générales (situation de site mensuelle, déclaration TVA/DEB/DES .) - Enregistrer les opérations comptables quotidiennes et préparer la clôture des comptes - Contrôler la fiabilité des comptes de bilan (fournisseurs, effets à payer, factures non parvenues) notamment lors des opérations de clôture - Recueillir les documents en lien avec l'activité financière des entités confiées - Transmettre les données chiffrées aux départements financiers du groupe (Direction juridique, comptable, trésorerie, contrôle de gestion et consolidation)
