About this opportunity
Au sein de notre DSI, vous assurez la gestion et l'évolution de trois applications structurantes : Orchestra, BWISE et MEGA. Votre rôle mêle expertise fonctionnelle, support aux utilisateurs, pilotage d'évolution et relation avec les éditeurs. Vos activités : * Garantir le bon fonctionnement quotidien des applications et gérer les tickets via l'outil de ticketing. * Analyser, traiter et assurer un suivi des tickets d'incidents et d'évolutions sur le périmètre applicatif.
