- The worker must have 3 months agricultural related experience and be able to obtain an appropriate non-CDL driver's license after hire and maintain a clean driving record.
- Workers must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs. Upon hire, workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to them. A positive test result for illegal or controlled substances or failure to comply, may result in immediate termination of employment.
- General agricultural labor including loading/unloading bagged and bulk product, general farm support duties, and related crop/product handling. Much of this work will be performed outdoors in all types of weather.
- Workers are required to lift over 75lbs and possess a basic knowledge of farming/ranching needs.

- Employer-provided (including mobile or range) — House/Mobile Home located in the city limits of Colome, SD with 3 bedrooms with bunkbeds to supply adequate sleeping facilities. Two bedrooms will have 2 occupants. 1 bedroom will have 3 occupants. The home is equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer, and dryer. This home has been approved previously by SWA.
- Transportation
- Employer-Provided transportation includes a 2003 Buick Park Avenue car (seats 5). Employees will car-pool as needed to and from the work location. They will share transportation provided for work and weekly trips to the grocery store along with other personal transportation needs. All employer-provided transportation will comply with safety standards and legal compliance.
