Seasonal/temporary farmworkers needed for work on crawfish and rice farm in Acadia Parish 12/01/2026 to 09/30/2027. Job duties include general farm work, farm field/shed sanitation duties include: mowing grass, digging ditches, levees, fences, etc. Minor maintenance/operation of farm equipment, harvest crawfish, bait, re-bait, cut-up bait, repair traps, plant rice, etc. Work in rice fields including field prep, water maintenance

- Must be able to perform physical activities that involve considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, stooping, reaching, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs., and for extended periods. Work is conducted outside in all kinds of weather, including rain and extreme heat, and cold. Once hired may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker.
