About this opportunity
Applicants must be 18 years or older. Minimum of 3 months experience required. Duties may vary from time to time. Workers will be required to operate farm implements such Case tractors with GPS guidance for purposes of tillage, bedding, and other ground preparation activities for the winter planting season. Workers will also operate custom application equipment as necessary for the purposes of ground maintenance and prevention of weeds during the winter months.

Requirements

- Education: High School/GED
- Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30-90 days of hire.
- Must be able to lift 75lbs. All tools, supplies and equipment will be provided at no cost to the workers. General Specifications and Physical Requirements of the Job Work requires repetitive movements, and the majority of time is spent on ones feet.
- Workers should be able to do the work required with or without reasonable accommodations. Proper work attire is required. A copy of the work contract or a copy of the ETA 790 in lieu of a work contract, and any modifications, will be provided to the worker on the day the work commences.
