- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required.
- Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment on the farm. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment on the farm. Failure to pass criminal background check and/or drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Workers must be able to speak English.
- Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional
- Clean seeds.
- Remove dirt, sticks, and leaves from the seeds.
- Fill and weigh bags.
- Fill bulk containers.
- Clean and maintain seed machines and work area.
- Drive to town on occasion to pick up seed cleaning supplies.

- No CLD required and no commercial truck driving required.
