- Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
- Workers must be able to speak English.

- Clean seeds. Remove dirt, sticks, and leaves from the seeds. Fill and weigh bags. Fill bulk containers. Clean and maintain seed machines and work area. Drive to town on occasion for supplies.
