Strawberry and Broccoli Planting: While carrying a bag of plants, workers will walk down the row, bend, place one or two plants into each hole in the plastic mulch as instructed, and firm the soil around each plant. Strawberry Harvest: Workers will move down assigned rows picking all ripe berries, taking care to select, sort, and pack containers by size, color, and quantity as directed by the supervisor.

- Employer-provided (including mobile or range) — The employer will provide housing, without charge to the worker. Employer may deduct the reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging facilities after damage has occurred and after gaining the employee's written authorization to make the deduction. Workers should maintain housing in a clean manner. Family Housing is not available and is not a prevailing practice in the area. In the event a female worker is hired, separate toilet, shower, and sleeping rooms will be provided.

- For workers residing in the employer’s housing, employer will provide transportation between housing and worksite locations and for personal errands (e.g., groceries, banking services) in the form of buses between employees housing location to the actual work site and return at the end of the workday without cost to the worker.
