About this opportunity
Herd livestock to pastures for grazing or to scales, trucks, or other enclosures. Groom, clip, trim, or castrate animals, dock ears and tails, or shear coats. Examine animals to detect illness, injury, or disease, and to check physical characteristics, such as rate of weight gain. Provide medical treatment, such as administering medications and vaccinations, or arrange for veterinarians to provide more extensive treatment. Mark livestock to identify ownership and grade, using brands, tags, paint, or tattoos.

Requirements
- Experience: 3 month(s)
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required.
- Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 70 pounds. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Frequent stooping is required.
- Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
- Workers must be able to speak English.
