• Minimum of 1 months of experience is required.
• Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
• Workers must be able to speak English.
• Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
• Feed and water sheep and lambs and monitor food and water supplies. Examine animals to
• detect illness, injury, or disease, and to check physical characteristics, such as rate of weight
• gain. Maintain heated watering system. Clean stalls, pens, and equipment, using disinfectant
• solutions, brushes, shovels, water hoses, or pumps. Mix feed, additives, and medicines in
• prescribed portions. Maintain growth, feeding, production, and cost records. Groom, clip, trim,
• or castrate dock ears and tails, or shear coats to collect hair. Operate snow removal equipment
• in order to operate feed wagons. Remove ice formed in water. May have to drive to town to
• pickup supplies.

• hours of paid sick leave and those with fewer than 10 employees must allow at least 40 hours
• of paid sick leave and 32 hours of unpaid sick leave.
