About this opportunity
Manage livestock on corn and milo stalks, livestock facilities, and maintenance. Duties include but are not limited to monitoring cattle, feeding, doctoring, calving, fixing fence, maintenance on support equipment.

Requirements
- Experience: 1 month(s)
- One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed.
- Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
- Employees shall receive an annual bonus of $500 at the completion of the work contract. 2.Paid sick leave shall be part of the compensation package and shall accrue at the rate of four (4) hours of sick leave every two-week pay period. Sick leave may be claimed for pay on any paycheck. 3.An electronic log shall be created and made available to both employee and employer for the purposes of documenting and addressing any housing deficiencies or maintenance needed. Entries shall be made weekly, and any concerns shall be addressed within one week and corrected as soon as possible. 4.D&A Farms will commit to Neutrality, Access, and Voluntary Recognition when it comes to its employees and their desire to pursue a work force union.
