Requirements

- Education: High School/GED
- Extensive sitting or walking will be required.
- Moderate cell phone use will be allowed while working, but only for business purposes.
- Lifting requirement is for feed bags, fuel jugs, and other day to day objects
- cattle, by feeding, watering, herding, grazing, castrating, branding, catching, receiving,
- processing, and loading animals, as well as maintaining detailed health records, administering
- medications, vaccinations, insecticides, cleaning and maintaining animal housing areas,
- inspecting, maintaining, and repairing livestock facilities, equipment, buildings, pens, yards,
- and fencing, replenishing mineral supplies, operating trucks and tractors for feed distribution
- and forage production, moving livestock and equipment as needed, and managing pastures by
- rotating livestock and breaking ice to ensure water access during freezing conditions.
