- Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed.
- Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record.
- Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
- Must be able to obtain an Arkansas driver's license within 30-90 days of hire. Duties may vary from time to time.
- Workers primary responsibilities will be to perform manual labor tasks associated with winter farm preparation which may include driving a tractor as well as other miscellaneous duties in and around the shop, including but not limited to small tool work, torch welding, machinery repair, and other daily maintenance. A basic working knowledge of farm implement maintenance is
- preferred, with the ability to perform these duties as needed, in a field or shop setting, with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to lift 75lbs. All tools, supplies and equipment will be provided at no cost to the workers. General Specifications and Physical Requirements of the Job Work requires repetitive movements, excessive sitting, climbing in and out of large vehicles, and could require the worker to be on ones feet for extended periods of time.
- Workers should be able to do the work required with or without reasonable accommodations. Proper work attire is required. No personal cell phone usage on the job. Cell phone use should be limited to contact with the supervisor and other employees as necessary to perform job duties.
