• Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed.
• Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
• maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment such as planters, tractors, and other implements .
• Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Maintain inventory and
• organize supplies by loading and unloading inventory such as farm supplies, seed, fertilizer, equipment, and materials as
• required. Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures. Assist in the management and preservation of wildlife
• habitat on the farm during the migration of waterfowl and deer such as: maintaining wire
• removing rubble
• servicing
• wetlands
• controlling weed pressure
• inspect and record wildlife population
• maintain adequate levels in ponds and
• wetland reserve program
• woodlands, wetlands. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
• to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team. Fill semi-trucks with hopper bottom trailers
• drive and
• deliver grain to terminals and ports using semi-trucks. Must be able to speak and understand English.
