About this opportunity
Front Desk Agents will be responsible for accommodating hotel, motel, and resort patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting, and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making, and confirming reservations for rooms and other activities, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
