PERFORM MANUAL LABOR SUCH AS MOWING, CLEANING EQUIPMENT, MAINTAINING EQUIPMENT, MAINTANING FACILITIES ALONG WITH GRAIN BEND CLEAN OUT. WORK ALSO INCLUDES MINOR REPAIRS, OPERATING AND MAINTANENCE OF FARM EQUIPMENT. REMOVAL OF DEBRIS, TRASH AND WEEDS FROM SHOP AND FIELDS AND OTHER GENERAL FARM LABOR.

- GENERAL FARM LABORER NEEDED FOR RICE, CRAWFISH AND SOYBEAN FARM, WORK INCLUDES
- MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES THAT INVOLVE CONSIDERBLE USE OF ARMS AND LEGS AND MOVING THE WHOLE BODY, SUCH AS CLIMBING, STOOPING, REACHING, SITTING, STANDING, WALKING, BENDING, KNEELING. ONCE HIRED MAY BE REQUIRED TO TAKE A RANDOM DRUG TEST AT NO COST TO THE WORKER. TESTING POSITIVE OR FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION FROM EMPLOYMENT. WORK IS CONDUCTED OUTSIDE IN ALL KINDS OF WEATHER, INCLUDING RAIN AND EXTREME HEAT AND COLD. THIS JOB OPPORTUNITY IS SEASONAL IN NATURE BASED UPON CRAWFISH HARVESTING BEGINNING IN DECEMBER AND ENDING IN JULY, THE RICE HARVESTING SEASON BEGINS INJUNE/JULY AND LASTS THROUGH SEPTEMBER OR LATER AND SOYBEAN HARVESTING BEGINNING IN AUGUST AND ENDING IN OCTOBER. THESE CROPS ARE SEASONAL IN NATURE BASED UPON THEIR GROWING CYCLE AS WELL AS THESE CROPS ARE NOT BEING PRODUCED YEAR ROUND BUT ONLY AT CERTAIN TIMES OF THE YEAR. THE AFOREMENTIONED CROPS ARE ALSO TIED TO A SPECIFIC SEASONOF THE YEAR AND ARE RECURRING ANNUALLY.
