• Workers must have three months tractor driving with computerized monitors experience and cattle experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Speak, read, write and understand English language for record keeping and safety reasons.
• Check pens for water, cleanliness, and health conditions of the animals. They will grind feed, vaccinate, brand, and tag the ears of the animals. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Routine maintenance must be done on machinery, grounds, and structures.
• Cell phones are limited to business calls only. No Texting. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
• Must have a current driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 60 days.
• Employees must have three months of tractor-driving experience and cattle experience with computerized monitors. They must speak, read, write, and understand English language for record-keeping and safety reasons.

Washer and dryer on site Includes: Living area and furnished with Fire Extinguishers, AC, TV and Internet. Total occupancy 2 workers.

Transportation

McCormick Erfle is a fixed site employer will provide transportation for his employees to and from work daily with no cost to the employee throughout the H2A contract. Number of vehicles will be three and details are as follows: 1997 Ford Expedition - Seating capacity 5 2005 Chevy Colorado - Seating capacity 4 2012 Chevrolet Colorado - Seating capacity 5 Work schedule will start at 8:00 am each morning and return home between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
