About this opportunity
opérate Crawfish boat: frequent stooping and lifting traps, lifting requirement of 40 lbs.,repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions. All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract.

- General farm worker needed for crawfish and rice. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Field prep, water maintenance, prep fields & harvesting of rice, drive tractor. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps
- Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone.

- Transportation
- Employer agrees to provide transportation between housing provided or secured by the employer and the employer’s worksite(s) at no cost to the worker. 20 CFR 655.122(h)(3) . A 2007 Chevy 2500 cap 6 and 2013 Ford F-550 cap 6 will be providing transportation at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each workday for all employees. Daily transportation at no cost to workers is also available to workers who do not reside in employer-provided housing. 20 CFR 655.122(h)(3)
