G2F CONSEIL recherche, pour un cabinet immobilier dynamique , Un(e) gestionnaire de copropriété. Au sein du service syndic et avec l'aide d'une assistante (travaillant depuis 25 ans sur ce portefeuille) , la personne aura en charge un portefeuille de 10 immeubles pour 1500 lots (dont 1 IGH, une galerie commerciale, 1 ASL parking commué à 2 copropriétés.) Les missions principales seront les suivantes : Tenue des AG , des CS, des réunions de travaux (suivi et fin) .
