- Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
- Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Climb rungs and ensure snow and rain are not entering storage
- Discard rotten crop or foreign matter
- Grade and sort crops such as corn, rice, soybeans according to factors such as variety, moisture and quality to ensure correct processing and usage
- Move loads to point of storage
- Communicate with driver in loading trailer
- Record grade or identification numbers on loads and shipping. Must speak and understand English.
