- Worker will be required to perform duties of SOC Code 45-2041 Graders and Sorters such as: Grade, sort, or classify agricultural products including sorghum, triticale, corn, hay by size, weight, moisture, or condition
- Perform winter work such as breaking ice and moving snow. Must speak and understand English.

- Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
- Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Weigh products and mix according to grade and prescribed formula
- Distributed mixes as instructed
- Discard inferior or defective products or foreign material
- Move bales from fields to lot
