  • One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed.
  • Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
  • Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops
  • Use hand tools, such as shovels, hoes to clean farm ditches by removing limbs, trash, and other foreign material
  • maintain and repair fences, farm buildings, and machinery
  • winterize equipment
  • load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling and move to market or storage facilities
  • drive farm pickup to discard ditch cleanings and to obtain parts
  • speak and understand English.
