About this opportunity
Notre entreprise spécialisée en production de fleurs coupées cherche un nouveau collaborateur. Le poste a pourvoir est en CDI annualisé aux 35h (un peu plus printemps & été, un peu moins l'hiver) Vous participez à la cueillette et au conditionnement des fleurs coupées sous serre. Sous la direction du chef d'exploitation, vous suivrez l'itinéraire technique des productions du planning ( préparation du sol, plantation, tuteurage, irrigation, traitements éventuels, entretien et enfin récolte et conditionnement).

- Compétences: Techniques culturales
- Utilisation de produits phytosanitaires
- Utilisation d'outils agricoles
- Préparer les sols, les plantations (épandage, semis, etc.)
- Surveiller l'état d'une plantation
- Récolter un produit à maturité et selon les consignes de calibrage
