En tant manager, vos missions comprendront : - Etre le manager du magasin en ce qui concerne la supervision et la coordination de l'équipe - Veiller à l'application et au respect des normes d'hygiène et des standards de Domino's pizza - Effectuer le suivi commercial et financier - Organiser les inventaires - Passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs - Assurer la planification du personnel - Effectuer le pilotage des projets tout en assurant la formation du personnel Compétences du poste : - Gestion de l'équipe - Gestion commerciale, administrative et financière - Gestion des stocks - Gestion opérationnelle du magasin - Maîtriser les techniques de management d'une équipe - Maîtriser les techniques de base en marketing - Connaître et respecter les règles en matière d'hygiène - Maîtriser les outils de bureautique
