- 12 months of recent and verifiable experience in the listed job duties is required specifically working on farm machinery including diesel equipment.
- The worker must be able to obtain an appropriate non-CDL license after hire and maintain a clean driving record.
- Workers must be able to lift 75lbs. Upon hire, workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to them. A positive test result for illegal or controlled substances, or failure to comply, may result in immediate termination of employment

- Employer-Provided transportation includes a 1996 Ford F350 Single Cab (seats 3). Employees will car-pool as needed to and from the work location. They will share transportation provided for work and weekly trips to the grocery store along with other personal transportation needs.
