Vous y trouverez une équipe stable, engagée et investie, attachée à la qualité de vie et à la qualité des soins des résidents. Dans ce contexte dynamique et bienveillant, nous recherchons un médecin coordonnateur pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre, sous l'autorité de la Directrice et avec le concours de l'équipe soignante, notre projet médical.

Requirements
- Expérience: Débutant accepté
- Qualification: Cadre
- Compétences: Actualiser le dossier médical du patient
- Coordonner l'intervention d'équipes pluridisciplinaires
- Organiser la coordination des professionnels de santé (internes et externes) intervenant dans la structure
- Préparer et animer une réunion, un groupe de travail, un atelier
- Recenser les symptômes, les dysfonctionnements, cerner l'environnement de vie du patient et procéder à l'examen clinique
- Réaliser la prescription médicale, expliquer les modalités de traitement au patient et le conseiller sur l'hygiène de vie
