- Experience: 3 month(s)
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed.
- Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record.
- Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
- Communicate with supervisors about any recurring quality issues or trends
- Ensure proper handling and storage of harvested crops to maintain product integrity
- Assist with documentation and record-keeping for quality assessments
- Monitor sanitation practices and report any violations
- Safely operate farm trucks and other agricultural vehicles to transport washed and cleaned crops from processing locations to customers
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report maintenance issues promptly
- Follow all regulations related to agricultural driving
- Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport
- Maintain accurate delivery and transport records
- Job duties must be performed post-harvest and at the end of processing. Must speak and understand English.
