Au sein du CCAS, sous la responsabilité de la coordinatrice gérontologie/handicap et de la directrice du CCAS, vous assurez l'accueil, l'information et l'accompagnement des personnes âgées, des personnes en situation de handicap et des personnes en situation de perte d'autonomie.
