About this opportunity
Resort Services Attendants are responsible for accommodating lodging guests at the registration desk and selling lift tickets from adjacent ticket windows at guest registration. Make lodging reservations using an on-line reservation system, interact with guests by phone and in person including selling the limited food and beverage items available at resort registration, answer guest questions, check guests in and out, and forward requests from guests for supplies or services to appropriate staff.
