Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable d'atelier CVC plomberie. Rattaché(e) au Chef de service maintenance et travaux techniques, vous serez en charge de l'exploitation, de la maintenance préventive et corrective, ainsi que de la continuité de service des installations sanitaires et thermiques du campus. Vous piloterez les interventions en régie et celles confiées aux prestataires, superviserez les contrats relevant de votre périmètre et garantirez la conformité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des installations.
