Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à : Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner nos clients Gérer les demandes clients par téléphone, par mail et directement à l'agence. Conseiller les clients dans le choix des matériels en fonction de leurs besoins, de leur chantier et de leurs contraintes. Apporter un conseil technique de qualité afin de proposer la solution la plus adaptée. Saisir les contrats de location et de vente dans notre outil informatique. Saisir et encaisser les factures comptoir.
