About this opportunity
Duties: Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary. Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.

- Three (3) months of bussing experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check.

- Rate of Pay: Wage: Tipped position with wage of $8.00 - $10.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Employer guarantees hourly rate will not fall below prevailing wage of $17.91 per hour. Overtime is available at $26.87 per hour.
- Employee may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of holiday pay of up to $500.00. Eligible for company subsidized housing.
- Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7am - 2pm, 9am - 4pm, or 4pm- 11am. Shift hours may vary.
