RFI Response: The employee will perform snow and ice removal services at commercial, industrial, and residential properties during the winter season, as needed. Primary duties include operating salter trucks to apply rock salt, treated salt, calcium, and other approved de-icing materials over large parking lots, private roads, commercial complexes, industrial facilities, apartment communities, and other paved driveways surfaces.

Requirements

- Must be able to lift and carry heavy loads. Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Able to operate small machinery safely.
- Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday, including holidays. Days off vary. Shifts hours may vary depending on weather and snowfall timing. Overtime possible.
